Hi, my name is Ivan and I'm living in the UK for several years now.
In this time I have come to appreciate all sorts of different specialities and grown or hand-made produce. There are a number of characteristics that link them all: outstanding taste, brilliant quality and one-hundred percent traceability and trust.
Looking at this wonderful piece of land which is the counties of Essex and Suffolk I always marvel at the huge number of farms offering healthy and incredibly tasty food and drink.
All sorts of people, who are aware of their nutrition and prefer controlled organic food, highly value East Anglia. It is a neighbourhood which has many honest and excellent farmers at its disposal.
