Organic and Free-Range – “Eggcelence” for Your Breakfast

What do you need in the morning to really get your day started? A decent cup of coffee? Fresh toast with delicious Jam? For me it’s definitely scrambled eggs with bacon. Therefore I claim to know what’s important if you wish to achieve awesome taste: It’s all about the egg itself.
When thinking about fried or scrambled Eggs or Omelette, people tend to take the quality and taste of the egg itself as given. They worry far too much about the other ingredients and forget the fact that only a good egg can make a good breakfast.
There are free-range or even organic eggs available at nearly every supermarket today.  But are those really the best eggs you can get? Is this produce which is labelled “organic” really one-hundred percent traceable for customers? Can they trust in it only because it is more expensive and comes in green packaging?
My personal opinion definitely is: No. You will come to the same conclusion if you try eggs from one of the local farmers in Essex or Suffolk.
My personal favourite among them is Upson’s Farm. The taste of their organic, free-range chicken eggs is unbeatable. Every single egg comes from a chicken owned by Upson’s Farm and is carefully classified and labelled.
Standards for organic farming and quality are certified yearly with highest marks possible. As I said in an earlier post Upson’s Farm is a brilliant example of a local supplier and is highly valued and trusted by their customers.
If I succeeded in convincing you of the benefits of fresh farm eggs and you want to find out more about Upson’s Farm you can follow this link to their website: http://www.upsonsfarm.co.uk/index.asp?topID=436%20&ID=436
